This Month's Paper Pumpkin and Alternatives - May 2019

I absolutely LOVE this month's Paper Pumpkin kit! Now, don't get me wrong, the other kits are pretty awesome too. However, the colors and designs used in this kit speak to me louder then most.

I've had my kit for about a week, but due to the holiday weekend and our reception this past Saturday (which had family in from out of state), I wasn't able to play with it until today.

And boy am I sad that I had to wait until now to do so!

This kit has so many wonderful elements included in it.

Below are the projects finished just as the kit is designed:

Paper Pumpkin May 2019

Aren't these adorable???? Even the BOX they came in can be used for other purposes.

These designs and colors lend to the cards being used for either female or male recipients,

and for any number of occasions.

Paper Pumpkin May 2019 Alternatives

This month, I made two alternative projects, although I could have made many more.

For the first one I used one of the card bases from the Paper Pumpkin kit, and added Pretty Peacock, Very Vanilla, and Crumb Cake cardstock to make a masculine card that can be used for any occasion. I used the Crumb Cake linen thread from the kit as well.

The second project, is a gift card holder made entirely with products from the kit. I used one card base to create the box, and simply added the embellishments as you see them.

Watch for full tutorials for the alternative projects.

I cannot wait to see what the June Paper Pumpkin kit holds in store for me!

Don't miss out on your kit!
